Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

About me
I am Rachelle Sampson - founder of Blue Prism, coach, social scientist, educator, artist and mom (and a few other things, like so many of us). My coaching practice has its roots in my long-standing desire to support those working towards individual, social and environmental change. While my goals of supporting greater connection with our planet, each other and ourselves are long-standing, my approach has evolved over the years.
I’ve had the privilege to work with many individuals and organizations over the years and to witness growth. The most significant growth I observed didn’t usually arise just out of facts I presented. Growth came because individuals or organizations sought to create change in themselves. That is, change starts within - motivated not from intellectual knowledge about the best course of action, but rather an emotional attachment to a new way of being.
Free diving is a metaphor for the type of coaching I facilitate. We dive below the surface to find the the insights, the internal compass that guides us to create a meaningful and fully realized life. From my own personal experience, as well as what we are learning from neuroscience, I believe change has to be embodied, realized at an individual level, driven by a desire for life connected to our most authentic selves. Personal transformation then seeds organizational and societal transformation.
In creating this space where I support others in developing and realizing their visions, I get to realize my own. Via Blue Prism, I engage in meaningful and empowering work that brings me alive.
